So breathing obviously provides life - we know this; but I'm going to speak on the other ways breath gives us life that almost everyone is unaware of - FROM from ME: a Masseur + breath guide.

HOW DOES BREATH massage organs physically AND ENERGETICALLY aka reduce inner pressure / tension in body!?
experience it now with this exercise:
#1 as you are standing or sitting - exhale everything out feeling a little squeeze into your abs @ bottom of exhale
#2 then relax + slowly breathe in the nose slow and long filling up deep lower belly with imagination and breath filling up torso as much as you can HOLD @ TOP of breath for split second + RELAX + RELEASE EXHALE OUT OF mouth or nose EVEN SLOWER + LONGER then inhale
#3 do 3-5 breaths - notice the pressure drop ?? yessssss!!!
Just FYI - every time we do that above, breath consciously AKA breath work - it creates new neurological pathways in brain recognizing this was impactful and we will do it on automatic more and more that we do it + the more stable we will be and feel - do breathwork more and that capacity for life grows making us INCREASINGLY UN F ABLE WITH
okay FIRST: BREATH MASSAGES ORGANS

this is the RIGHT/FRONT side of a UPPER TORSO/ pec level - the bone on right is the STERNUM that connects down to partial rib looking bones there BOTTOM RIGHT. As it draws next to DIAPHRAGM - the star of our show - our NORTH STAR!!!! It is connected by connective tissue to our heart ( which is protected inside the "Pericardium" ). Notice how that is also actually connected to the sternum in 2 places.
So EACH BREATH moves the heart- SITTING DIRECTLY on the diaphragm! Another considerable for your innerstanding : Emotionally if we are afraid of feeling unloved or small - it makes us concave our shoulders in + our breath would be very small and slow. When we breathe big it phycially moves the heart above AND in same synchronistic way

I wish i could find a video of it - as it shows powerfully how diaphragm balooning up and down expands and contracts all these organs as well as intestines.
So whereever we arent breathing - the organ isnt optimal - as well as there is energy in each organ - each representing different emotions as both ancient systems of the body acknowledge traditional chinese medicine + ayervedic organs hold specific emotions.
